The essence of live music is an engaged and enthusiastic audience.  Without you, what we do would be meaningless.  Sustaining the activities of the band requires the efforts of many friends and volunteers, as well as an outgoing investment in new music, equipment, auditorium rental and support services.  Concert donation receipts only cover a portion of our operating expenses.  To make up the difference, the financial support of area businesses and friends provides the means for the band to continue to bring quality live music to the surrounding  community.  As a volunteer community arts group, our musicians are not paid, in fact they pay to play,  so 100% of your donation is used to support the band’s music program and community activities.

The 2024-2025 concert season marks the 42nd season for the River Cities Concert Band.  If you like what you hear and read,  please consider becoming an ongoing “Friend of the Band”.   By all means, please attend our concerts!  Tell others to as well,  support our advertisers, and perhaps consider joining our ever growing list of sponsors!

Donations of any amount are gratefully accepted.  Friends of the Band sponsor’s names will be listed in all concert programs!  Various tiers of support recognized are:
