Concert free-will donations and Friends of the Band sponsorships, while a wonderful means of support, only bring a portion of the needed funds to run a healthy band organization!  We cherish our relationships with our area businesses! To this end we offer a way for our area businesses to support the band by sponsoring a concert and be recognized in our program as well a during our concerts for their community forward thinking and steadfast support. Here are the various ways to show your support:

FULL CONCERT SPONSOR  ($400,  name in program and Master of Ceremonies notes,  exclusive sponsor)

ONE HALF CONCERT SPONSOR ($200,  name listed as above, shared sponsorship)


PROGRAM ADVERTISING CONTRACT RATES:

(Program Size:  8 1/2” tall by 5 1/2” wide)

1/4  Page  = $50  (2”  by  5 1/2”  horizontal)
1/2  Page  = $100  (4”  by  5 1/2”  horizontal)
3/4  Page  = $150  (6"  by  5 1/2"  horizontal)
Full  Page  = $200  (8 1/2" tall by  5 1/2" wide)

NOTE:  Your concert sponsorship or program ad will be placed in all 4 concert programs of that season or for the remaining concerts of that season.  Please email your ad copy to:  dhubbard722@gmail.com,  a JPEG is best, call 269-692-2155 for questions.  We are able to size an ad or do minor design modifications.  Please allow for adequate vertical and horizontal margins as the size given is the maximum size of the ad block chosen.  Our program is on heavy white stock with black ink.
